Anybody know what this magazine fits?

#1 Post by Dark Skies »

A friend of mine has inherited a box of all manner of shooting bits and bobs, including two .22lr magazines as per the photos
Anyone know what they fit? There's no manufacturer name or part number to be seen.

It looks like a magazine for a BSA super sport five to me.
(Definitely BSA but can't be certain on the model.)

BSA magazines are hard to come by so they are not cheap to buy even when you do come across one for sale.

Looks like the mag release is incorporated into the magazine itself, never seen that before

You're not kidding! Everywhere I looked for an idea to pitch my price were sold out and the first on the list wanted £99!
Now listed for sale at £85 a pop.
