Hello to all
Hi there, been signed up for a while but not managed to post anything yet.
Thought I would say hello to you all and introduce myself. I've been shooting for a while now having started at school with a .22 No 8 in the cadets and from there progessed to the fantastic 303s which I still enjoy to this day. Went from there to full bore pistols (dont get me started, grrrr !!!!) and when they were taken away back almost exclusivly to full bore rifles with a bit of clay shooting thrown in.
I try to compete at a few of the major events at Bisley, usually the Phoenix, Historic Arms, Trafalgar and Police sport UK. I tend to shoot the historic stuff more now as I find the modern targets are getting a bit too small for my eyes !!!
I have been a a member of my club since 1987 and try to attend Bisley for the practice shoots when* (*delete as applicable) work*, kids*, wife*, DIY*, money*, weather*and funds* allow.
I reload nearly all my own rounds with the exception of the 7.5 x 55 as I find the GP11 ammo very good and at the moment a fair price.
I met a few members at the Trafalgar weekend and it was nice to put a face to the names.
Anyway, hello again and i look foward to continuing to read your forum.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools!!
