^^You might want to look at the Magpul PRS for stock choice, it is will suited to target use - fixed, and highly adjustable for comb and length of pull.

If its REALLY going to only be used for target stuff :-P a moderator, trigger job and a wazzo barrel. I had a .950 match barrel on mine and it really did make it a target rifle ONLY, especially when the mod is on. Also magazines, lots of magazines :twisted:

I suppose using a wood stock changes it from a 'Nasty Black Rifle' to just a boring old 'Rifle'.

How about a Black Plastic stock on a SMLE that's been converted to .357 or .45acp?? Is that acceptable?

I see alot of people are saying you need a can , why is that ? I wouldnt have thought they would be allowed for competition use .

The only time a 'black' rifle is nasty is when it traps your fingers :lol:
