Not a very original topic, but descriptive at least!

I started shooting a few years ago at the behest of my wife & son, both of whom beat me to it. We shoot a variety of small bore (Anschutz Match 54) & full bore rifles including a bone crunching Mosin Nagant. Strictly fair-weather target shooting only - small furry and feathered creatures are welcome in my garden (ducks, less so since I dug a pond). Similarly, as I am not a duck, there has to be a reasonable prospect of fine weather to coax me outdoors. Hence a regular-ish visitor to Altcar.

Professionally, I'm now involved in developing boing/iPod/iPad apps designed for shooters.

Etiquette forbids me from making any shameless plugs.

Welcome to the forum, it is always good to see shooting apps being developed in the UK and you should have a couple of followers on your Twitter feed as well now :goodjob:

I will have a look at your app with the next cup of coffee

Ha ha! Well, fortunately it is at least the 1891 long rifle. To say that the M38 that we used to have was a 'bit agricultural' would do a disservice to soviet tractor builders.
