The top guns on the PSG circuit (AFAIK) are;

Semi-auto
Benelli M2
Remington 1100
Winchester SX3

Pump-action
Remington 870
Benelli Supernova
Mossberg 590

Those are just my picks which are all 'tried and tested' shotguns, but there are others on the market. All can be made to, or come in 'tactical' looking formats.
