Only a few specialised companies will hold them in the UK and it will be mostly for ballistic testing, however outside of the UK (Europe) they are quite common.

Hmmm, a 12.7mm rifle feeding on inexpensive Russian fodder would be good for Diggle. investigate further oomans and report back...

I don't think it would be that easy to buy......its probably going to Syria etc by the container load to feed all the Dshks they got on the back of old Toyota LandCruisers!!!

Snayperskaya, when I last checked start of December it was available at a very competitive price, under half that of BMG and 750,000+ rounds were available.
