looks like the gsg barrel which you could bend with you fingurs ..... that thread from the top pic looks smaller , like a 10 or even 8 mm

o hang on i see , the thread protector was to big ..... right i get ya now

Jackmanuk: I think 8mm isn't going to be far off. Not a bad idea getting some nuts from screwfix.....I'm not too proud to just use a nut to hold the barrel sleeve in place as long as it doesn't look too stupid!!

Wow that's skinny! Looks like 8mm to me based on a 5.72 bore and a 1-ishmm wall.
