How easy are they to fit, do you need any special tools?

Just need something to punch out the pins, I used a suitably sized allen key.

Chopsticks work really well for removing the pins.

Easy. The triggers come with slave pins so you can just push the original pin through. It is handy to have a steel punch or something similar but not necessary.
