It's not impossible, it just sounds improbable to me personally.

One of my FEO's assured me that there'd been a change to the laws, and that ALL bullets (inc. FMJ's) had to be entered onto FAC and ALL the shooting associations were aware and had agreed to the changes.
It was pure b0ll0x of course
Ask ANY of them for written confirmation and they pucker up and look all sheepish

also wasnt the compensation thing withdrawn after the last big ban? sure I read that somewhere
You're probably thinking of the TAC ("brocock") ban- the powers that were neatly sidestepped the compensation "problem" by generously letting owners register them (S5) on FACs with the condition they can never be sold or transferred- only scrapped or (allegedly) exported.

Yep can be if one isn't careful. I've been married to a redhead for 35 years, when she's miffed I always remove and hide all the firing pins and never turn my back on her. One just has to look for the little warning signs such as the head rotating a full 360 degrees and a look that can turn one into a pillar of stone. Apart from that they're fine as long as one doesn't mind a challenge.

As the UKPSA has a man 'on the inside' so to speak and he has not mentioned this, i'd take it with a pinch of salt.

Given that Cecilia Malmstrom is back on the case I'd still be concerned...

Chuck, the problem with a 10 round box magazine fully loaded is it is quite heavy and might hurt someone if you threw it at them.
