Just been to my rfd today, bought a brick of Fiocchi high velocity. Don't know how much truth is in it but the rfd said they were loaded by CCI for Fiocchi, they look identical apart from the headstamp and are also copper washed. Yet to shoot them.

We use Fiocchi HV and they cycle very well in all the automatics we've tried them in...

Look like minimag.....shoot like minimag. Been using them for a few weeks and it's good ammo. No difference between this and CCI branded. :)

Golden bullet jams my LBP reliably and runs 90% in my 10/22's. Minimag makes my LBP flip a little but my 10/22's runs like a sewing machine on it.

It depends what you're looking or out of the ammo to be honest Bradaz...

I only ever shoot Lapua Centre x through my target rifle because it gives me the most consistent results... Through my HK416, I'll mainly use minimags, but purely because I got a slab given to me after my dad found out how rubbish they were...!

I have in the past tried a bunch of different ammo in both rifes, and if you want to achieve the best accuracy, it's a must do.

If you're shooting at targets where the bull is over 4MOA, probably not worth the hassle though... :D

yeah, good point. its playing around at targets with a 10/22. my target anshutz is fed eley match and is more accurate than me.

i'm also introducing my gf to shooting so want something pretty good and reliable that she can fire away at. atm, the rem golden bullet is £7 per 100, but if there is something better / more accurate for the same money, i'd switch. although i do seem to struggle to find shops with stuff in stock and most dont list any details on their site.

lost lot of golden were from donaldsons in milton keynes
