Heather, can you give her a nudge when you get back.
Mind you, if she organised it it could turn out a complete clusterf***!!!
Have you asked Phyllis about having a regional one?

Good point Vince but I would say that as an organisation they have a duty to cover all aspects of target shooting, not just for the lucky few that shoot at Bisley.
No we don't!!!

The courses that have been run so far have been over-subscribed, mostly with club shooters - as I understand. The problems we encountered when trying to set it up was making sure that relevant insurance was in place.

BASC does reloading courses

http://www.basc.org.uk/en/departments/s ... course.cfm

Maybe if both Organisations worked together on providing courses....

Sorry, I'm being silly - working together!

The standards of reloading vary enormously within the shooting fraternity, finding a good/safe reloader for a newbie may not always be easy.

I know what you mean Rog I have listened to some of these so called experts before quietly slipping out the door and running like hell before they started shooting these so called perfect home loads.
In all the years I have been shooting there is only a hand full of people I have met who in my opinion I would trust to give me reliable information for assembling safe loads.

In the past!
Also asked about being an instructor!

The world moves on, especially so in recent months for reasons I cannot tell about. Try asking politely, works wonders ;)
