The standard furniture is poop. MOE is much better and more solid. MOE+ grips are nice and tactile.

The length of the barrel will make no difference if you have mr tickle arms, as the stock and handguard are still the same length. Shorter is marginally more manouverable in a tight CoF, plus it looks really cool!

Sights are a personal choice. I've had various red dots and scopes on mine, currently have a vortex crossfire 1-4.

Regardless of which option you go for, it will make you smile!!

MOE stuff is better, but prefer the rubberised MOE+ grip to the plastic MOE grip they fit. The MOE stock is better than standard version IMO.

Actually wanted a standard 15-22 cut down, but at the time they were out of stock. So went with the MOE version and then sold the stock and grip, kept the Magpul BUIS.

I might still swap the forend, haven't decided yet.

Nice MFT Minimalist stock there :) We're going to be stocking those soon along with some other MFT goodies. Makes we wish I hadn't sold my S&W.

It's got the MFT grip too, both in grey. Lying there on the snow that looks like a black & white pic.

How long is the barrel on that? Thought they had to be 12"?

Just to follow up on this thread - thanks for all the advice. I've got my 15-22 now. I went for the 16" MOE in Field Dark Earth... :good:

I've only had it on the range once, but I'm really pleased with it... shakeshout
