Don't know anyone who does a good reproduction Baker Rifle for reasonable money.

Always puzzled me why Pedersoli never did one as they would surely be popular.

Adam, what would you consider a reasonable price? I know of a Canadian company that makes them and ships to the UK.

Going by Pedersoli price Blu around the £700-800 mark would seem reasonable.

Here then, take a look at this site, bottom of the page says they ship to the UK and Europe. http://www.militaryheritage.com/muskets.htm

BTW I know of these folks through word of mouth and their stuff is very high quality, so I'm told.

Vents are blocked and it is smoothbore only to the UK.

Rifle option available at an extra $195 only in the USA and Canada.

Aye okay mate, to be honest I didn't really look at it. I know a couple of fellas that bought rifled muskets from them and they were more than happy. Sorry it wasn't of much use to you.

Just an update, I've added another P-H P53, an Ardessa Pennsylvania flintlock in .45 and an Ardessa percussion Hawken in .50 calibre and an Indian .600 Flintlock Dragoon pistol to the battery.

Photographs when Joe can be bothered.

It is five actually, I have a P61 as well.

I also have original rifled muskets but I have retired them from regular shooting, not that the shooting harms them but carrying them around, benching, cleaning etc all put wear and tear on them so if I have an option of shooting a decent reproduction over an original historic gun then the repro will get the bulk of the work.

The originals do get an airing from time to time though.
