Yes, I've got a TCR. I'm naked now of course. Had to sell my clothes.
So nobody has one of these. Cool.

Define way overpriced?? if you compare to a smith and wesson, then yes youre right.
However, lets think about this. Its a custom built rifle, made of billet to lantacs own design. The stock is custom, the trigger is custom, the mod is customised, the bolt group is hand fettled to work with subs, all that costs money. Its not a box of factory bits flown in from the states and reassembled, its a custom rifle.
No one seems to bitch about a custom 700, but no one likes a custom AR price.
Bizarre.
And the post service and depth of knowledge Paul has is second to none

Yes.
When people say that Lantac is expensive I say it depends what spec of rifle you want. My TCR .223 cheaper than any other straight pull side charging rifle. I asked all the builders at the time, Lantac was cheapest for a 16 3/4" barrel with side charger. SGC were next, but their rifle was a forged upper. I'm not bothered by forged receivers, but why go forged when billet was cheaper.

...or even all three boxes
The 10/22 was used in Vietnam...in several variants
It also served with the IDF...in the role of "less lethal" anti-rioter weapon.
A few rioter deaths later, it had a change in designation...but continued in service.
