There's a similar video on YouTube that shows AKs' being made by hand in the Khyber Pass region and in the "building" next door they are churning out 7.62x39 and 5.45x39 ammunition. Also the 7.92x33 'Kurz' round is popular in the tribal areas of Pakistan and they have a home-brewed AK variant, known as the 44 Bore rifle, that can chamber and fire both 7.62x39 and 7.92x33 ammunition. Some of these guys are nothing if not resourceful.
