Some of the time, the problem is finding reliable ones, plus something else can't hurt.

A 22mwr with a nice capacity magazine. Might need the stock extending or a brake welding on as at its shortest its 22.7 inches, so needs an extension to be uk legal. Would make more sense too.

That looks like a carbine version of their PMR-30 pistol, right?

Might be good. Of course, getting .22 WMR might not be as handy as .22lr. Still worth looking into though.

It uses the same mags from what I can gather. The barrel length is uk legal but what it can fold down to (22.7 inches oal) is not uk legal. So two things need doing. Either put a muzzle brake on at the factory and weld it on (ala some short barrel mossberg shotguns sold in the uk). Or fix the stock in place or make it so it can't collapse down any further than 24 (24.25 to be on the safe side) inches. I know alot of 25 yard ranges and some 50's are off limits to 22wmr but lets just get some more stuff in and be done with it. It will at least be more fun and more practical than a uk-bubberised KSG.

This. I'd apply for one of these the moment they hit the UK in a Section 1 format. It would be absolutely fantastic for Practical Shooting.

Looking at this review of it here, it even seems like it'd make a decent LBP if supplied in Section 1 configuration to a native gun fettler.

Definitely. I've had people who would have gone into shooting had they been able to own certain toys in this country just walk away. More choice and flavour would be nice.

I have occasionally thought of that. I wonder how much work would have to be done to make it more like the PMR-30 looks wise?

Definitely. I've had people who would have gone into shooting had they been able to own certain toys in this country just walk away. More choice and flavour would be nice.

And if you can make it more it what they want, more people will come in. Now we just need better structures with some shooting organisations and clubs and we're away. But for now, this and some more self-ejectors will increase the stuff available for people to shoot.
