Also you could try to call and ask them if they got your email and can they send an email reply with the written information you require.

Some of these emails were weeks before Christmas as well as after, some were large gun shops and some were small. Some were where I had visited to show interest in a gun(and they know me), they obviously didn't want to take my money.
Fustration rant over, well rant anyway...still frustrated as I cant get the gun I want from a dealer near me.

Why not do an RFD transfer to your local shop? Ok may cost £25-50 more but less hassle & Lessing running around.
May of missed it but what firearm are you after?

In the mean time you are waiting for a reply while he contacts the importer, so without you ringing you would not know this and may have decided to purchase something else so by the time he gets back to you etc...poor

If you're using
something@shootingshed.co.uk - you need to modify the spf record on the server for hotmail/AOL.
~all is not permitted, unfortunately and should be -all

Hope this helps

It is certainly permitted, per the RFC:
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7208
I've had no problems with delivery to hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc from some of my domains that use ~all (and if customers don't receive their products or responses to support queries I soon know about it). DKIM and IP reputation are possibly more important these days. I do use -all for new domains (to prevent spoofing, more than anything else), as long as I can be sure that no third parties need to send mail explicitly 'from' the domain (rarely needed these days, but some payment processors etc used to do this).
According to one
source: "For a while, Hotmail was advising that senders who published a -all record would have better delivery. This led to -all became a de-facto standard for a lot of ESPs and bulk senders. More recently, there does not seem to be any benefit to publishing -all even at Hotmail (Outlook.com, live.com, etc)."

Well...the dealer who was going to get back to me answered 1 question, after I phoned him, I then emailed again and he has NOT answered(although he has my phone No. and email).
He has lost money and respect and my reference.
Ordered the same gun from another dealer and got an even better deal, and respect. !!
