Look on Ebay, search worldwide for sellers in Russia selling them......that way you'll get Russian ones.

I have plenty of steel ones,tula?stamped with star but to me it looks like rifle,not the clips....

Star = Tula
Fletched arrow in triangle = Izhevsk (later Izhmash)
I've got Tula, Izhevsk and Chicom clips and all load perfectly in my 91/30......I don't know if it makes a difference that the Chinese ones are original milsurp ones rather than Chinese commercial copies that seem to be for sale these days?.

Ok,I have some steel ones if you want and other thing-try to loose the screw a bit and use locktite,do not bend the spring

I've tryed the commercial Chinese ones which wouldn't work.
