You seem to know a lot more than most...whats the story. We were one of Neal's customers, and do not have a clue what happened.bradaz11 wrote:was this all from something about sa80's and handed in sec 5 handguns?
Wasn't it that one gun was a straight pull SA80 that was listed as stolen from the MOD armory or something? Please fill in what you know Brad.bradaz11 wrote:was this all from something about sa80's and handed in sec 5 handguns?
If a straight pull rifle would it not be called a L98 cadet rifle and not a SA80.Sixshot6 wrote:Wasn't it that one gun was a straight pull SA80 that was listed as stolen from the MOD armory or something? I think some have them for the rarity value and the fact it's as close as we'll get to a SA-80 .....and pay through the nose for the privilege.Blackstuff wrote:I couldn't think of a worse rifle to have as a straight-pull, the position of the cocking handle must make it terrible to operate
Pretty much and collectors can be a funny bunch too, crap operating position or not, also if you do enjoy your L85, more power to to you, enjoy what you like.snayperskaya wrote:I think some have them for the rarity value and the fact it's as close as we'll get to a SA-80 .....and pay through the nose for the privilege.Blackstuff wrote:I couldn't think of a worse rifle to have as a straight-pull, the position of the cocking handle must make it terrible to operate
