My TR rifle is an enfield conversion (please before anyone comments..I am full aware - when they changed to the RUAG ammo I had it full chacked by an armourer, including adjusting the head space and re-proofing) - so due to the care needed when you add a stainless steel target barrel to a 60 yr old action...the slightest hint of rain...and it goes back in the case.

As for No.4s , it cost my Dad nearly £100 to get some of the furniture replaced on his SMLE following a 'drying accident' :(

Me and the AW love the rain = more shooting as nobody else bothers to venture from the troop shelters im sure some people and their kit are made of sugar ;)
Then get home drip dry and wipe over jobs a goodun :D
