well done bradaz11, Enfield 38 S&W was my first full bore pistol, when you load, 200 of course, you will see what a weapon of mass destruction it is and be thankful you can not take it home . !?!?!?!?
Mine had a home made higher rear sight added, so I assumed the service ammo was hotter than reloads but never got hold of any before I was , rightly, disarmed for the good of man kind.
enjoy deeply mate

well I will make up some rounds with 150Gr RN first I think, but its a case of what I can find to load it up with. I do have a few 148Gr HB WC lying around after selling my Westlake, so I might pop these in the 6 cases I have and see how they fit.
it seems 150Gr though is the common usuage load though.

Get some 200grn, try to replicate the factory round. Then load what you want and COMPARE. The notes will be invaluable for your 'Study'.
