Just don't do like someone I know.
Bought a .22 AR, liked it, bought a .223 upper. He only had a slot for a .223 upper, but then a local RFD offered him a lower off ticket, so he bought it and now had 2 rifles that he enjoyed using.
Come renewal time when they came to inspect, extra rifle in the safe...
Took him 2 years and about £10K to avoid prison and then get his FAC back.

We will be supplying Aero Precision .223 AR15 builds and also .223 straight pull uppers alongside .22LR builds. We will be using non ported Ballistic Advantage Barrels from the states. We can also customise to your exact requirements should you require another brand of Upper or Barrel such as Proof Research, Lothar Walther for example.

James will you be relying on USA supply or machined from scratch in the UK ?

Dellboy, We are importing from the states. We have built up good relationships with manufacturers out there. We are trying to keep prices down for everyone and machining such a small amount in comparison to what the states produce would mean the guns being a lot more expensive.

However things may change down the line as we move forward

Just bought an Aero Precision 22 from him. ( yes I know the "without a piccy, it does not exist" and as soon as poss I'll post said Piccy !)
