I go through phases with Photography. I liked to process and print my own B&W pictures in the film days, and then struggled with digital. The technical side of things I find ok, but I didn't print anything anymore, and I found myself taking more 'snaps' than 'photographs'. As part of my work looking at imaging I recently had a camera converted to multispectral, so it'll do UV, visible and IR photos, depending on what type of filter I add. It's also been converted to monochrome only. I find that much more like B&W film photography again, and am liking using it much more than standard digital photography.

i didnt even print any out,when i lost a hard drive full of pics ,
perhaps i should just take one out ,and see how it goes

Taken with the t*@t phone for no real reason.
I used to do motorpsort photography many moons ago. Got loads of stuff on hard drives nowadays that will never get printed,as they should be. Just sitting beside some boxes of old prints right now ready to see what's in them.
Sadly I accidentally tossed two boxes of photos when cleaning out and moving house. A right sickener because those are the ones I really wanted to keep.

Still have my gear in two backpacks .Just don't do owt with them .And just do quick snaps with phone.

Next project for me is a digital printer, pigment based.
I have a whole house to decorate
It will be a mix of large format/slr/digital pictures.
