Keep in mind that I don't know the exact answer to that.... It is 'standard', as in it is the same as my Vortex. It isn't long eye relief so wouldn't work in a scout setup but it's ideal for an AR rig.

It is indeed 223. I have a few 5.45 mags I'm yet to convert to maintain the illusion, but otherwise it is AKS-74'ified

Some plum hand guards and pistol grip would go nicely with the 5.45 mags.....I have heard they can be modded with .223 followers but hold a few rounds less, never tried it in practice though.
