I have two Hornady beam scales one of them was calibrated by 1066 to work with his target master trickler. They are the only scales I have ever used for at least twenty years. I dont trust electronic scales and choose not to use them.

Many electronic scales suffer from a `wandering zero` which is why I would never trust them.
A good beam scale such as Redding or RCBS and a set of check weights is the safest option.

I have a set of Redding scales. They are magnetically dampened so they don't bounce up and down for what always seems like an eternity.
