Keith - although most of us had (or still have in my case) they are not needed at Diggle. Because of the risk of damage to our electronic targets, shooters are required to demonstrate that they are 'on target' by shooting at markers on the backstop - and adjust scope accordingly.
The modern version of the AJ Parker cardboard thing is the 'wizz wheel' - far more accurate - I'll show you one next time your at the Range

Sorry whats wrong? that one is in 303 that was the standard TR calibre before 7.62 was adopted. - refined to 7.62 & generated for 144 grain (I have one). I haven't seen a 155 grain but they might exist

They were made for 303 then 144gr x762 & are not accurate for 155 or modern BC bullets. I find they give false readings & reliance vs 'using the force' & tuning in to the range & the wind patterns. They might get you in the target but after that they wont keep you there!
Sorry but you are wrong. They were made for 7.62x51 because target shooting standardised on that calibre. I have (had?) one somewhere, I had a quick look for it but couldn't put my hand on it. If I do find it I will offer it for sale.
I have one of those AJ Parker score book holders with the built in wind wheel for .303 with a score book insert for 7.62. I inherited it from my late father and the last score he recorded in it was dated the day before he died in March 1981
