Thank you All, for the welcome, I have noticed, whilst lurking, that you are a friendly lot :good:

Ovenpaa:- that's familiar territory here, as here have had them pulling the rubber seals out of the double glazing!!! The little monkies have also managed to wreck a significant number of our double glazed units - bursting the seals.. :cool2: Regarding lead poisoning... yep that's the plan alright!! :mrgreen:

20series:- Hi Alan! - toys that go BANG are FUN - I can see this getting expensive!

Robin128:- Hi! I've been called allsorts over the years, but this is the first time I've been called Pete!! - usually a lot worse!!

Well, given the local pub does B&B and the food in there is rather good, the possibility had entered my mind too.....
