Hi, I think that my intake of beer and curry actually improve my results. I believe that it has been proved scientifically as well. So who am I to go in the face of the scientists. Just bought some stretchy pants to allow expansion.

I use MIND BLEACH when I see Les Holgate's ginger little head pop up from his sleeping back and he does windy wallops for a while before saying "MORNIN" the morning after the night before beer and curry run in Uppermill.
