Inconsistent service isn't good enough these days. Customer Service often makes or breaks a business and if one chooses to advertise nationally then one has to offer a consistent service to the nation. That doesn't appear to be the case.
Fortunately mr smith has found an alternative supplier of our beloved Vectan.
If I read this thread I doubt I'd order from him.

I think Pete was always a shooter who became involved in getting pieces of kit/ammo for his fellow shooters , which then over time turned into a quite sucessfull business , especially during the good years of days gone by. Nowadays he has virtually finished with shooting and is now to be found 3000ft up in a balloon. I think the situation speaks for itself.

Good luck to the guy but if he is doing other things the sensible thing would be to let people know then we would not keep trying to contact him.
Mr smith can I ask you were you found your alternative Vectan supplier.

I too would be interested in an alternative supplier of Vectan powder.
Not been able to contact PL in ages.
I may have to become an RFD and supply it myself as most of my club use it!

Ian at
ITL Shooting Supplies used to stock it but I notice it's not on his site any more. Might just be worth giving him a ring?
