Is the barrel not fixted. ?

dont know if the new ones are different, but I had all sorts of issues with mine early on, then discovered that where the fake mod had been screwed on and off while working no the gun, the barrel was turning in the stub as it was threaded in, to the extent that the extractor slot could become obscured :(

I also fixed mine by getting rid of it and getting the buckmark back out the safe LOL

The new ones have been tweaked a lot as far as I can tell. Had mine a week. Put 400 through it right out the box (well, after a quick strip and check) and it didn't miss a beat, accuracy was acceptable if not K22/buck mark accurate. Have got the recommended upgrade bushing, guide etc, will see how it goes.

So far that's 4 different models* of .22lr 1911 mentioned, any more for any more

If you want a .22 1911 that works and you're not allergic to aluminium alloy then the 2nd Gen 1911 is the way to go. From the factory mine would get 2-3" groups shot from a rested position at 20m. Since installing the CWA bushing/guide rod kit that went down to about 1.5-2" with Federal Gamshok. I can't get my hands on that at the moment so I'm using CCI mini-mag which has slightly worse accuracy, but more than adequate for my needs.

I think the Pro TSC are the same as the 1st gen GSG... both made by GSG...??

I unfortunately jumped in too soon and bought a TSC... at the time Valmont were selling a range of spares, but by the time i decided I needed a new bushing to improve accuracy, they seemed to have stopped selling the TSC, and its spares, and now sell the 2nd gen GSG.

I really wish I'd waited and bought a K22....

For those who have decided to replace / add a new barrel bushing where about did you buy it from? I am considering replacing it to improve accuracy on mine.
Also a accuracy fix is to replace the guide rod to stop any wobble. But that's just what someone else told me.

Its bizarre because once the kit has been fitted and screw removed, the barrel has much more 'slop' in it, in relation to the frame, but somehow accuracy improves?! I'm not going to argue with the results though :)
