Nowt wrong with the R93, I would certainly have one were the opportunity to rise.

I'm in the same boat. Wiltshire FEO visited me last thursday. Who will get theirs first?!

oh now that sounds interesting and if I recall correctly a certain member also makers bore guides for the R93.

Who was your FEO? Mine was with Alan Sharpe. I think they should land on the door mats around the same time.

Now that is a name from the past! - ex PC? - his old Sgt went from Wootton Bassett to be the FLM at Devizes - Trev' Harding - is he still the FLM?

Yes I believe he is an ex PC. I not sure of the name of the FLM (not always great with names) but he did mention that his boss was a lady.

No worries - thinking about Trev' would have been well passed retirement by now - I went to his "Police" leaving in do in 1998!! (He had done 30 years) and then went on to be FLM.

Got everything I asked for 7.62 /.308 x2 (plus slots for 2 mods), 5.56 /.223 x1 (plus slot for a Mod). .303 x 1/ .357 x1, .22 LR x 1 (plus slot for Mod). Also got the allowance of ammunition I requested. now to make a shopping list. I have the R93 as my stalking rifle. Now just need to decide what else to buy. Its like Christmas come early....... party2
