Saw the same thing, thats probably a Raven, obviously better, but you can get only what funds allow.

Although I cant fault the feel and presence of my own, im very pleased with the finished rifle, waited long enough, can wait for the range tomorrow smile2

Ahh yeah sorry, I forgot you said custom CMMG. I just saw LanTac and assumed this . I'll be much the same to be fair, except mine will be stock CMMG! (assuming the FEO is nice to me next week)

What helped me was the tax refund or else it would have been as you mentioned, still think you cant go wrong with a standard model... I wasnt to sure about the samson hand guard, from the pics, but actually in the flesh, its real pretty..so to speak....
