Not in the firearms legislation but there if the Environmental Health team at the council decide the noise is 'constant' then they have powers to curtail the hours of shooting. This has happened twice at Carlisle Small Arms Club outdoor range and now its restricted to 11am to 2pm, which gives a pathetic amount of shooting timeDemonic69 wrote:Are there rules against rate of fire?
