Totally ignore the Phoenix Service Rifle Rules, they are rules for the Phoenix and not CSR.
Phoenix Service Rifle is definitely not CSR.
In the Phoenix its shooting the same CoF as everyone else shooting full bore rifles but with the Phoenix 'trying to please everyone' and providing a 'Service Rifle' class to shoot in and they are not the same class definitions as CSR.
If you want to shoot CSR with a No.4 as issued there is a class for you and you can get away with using only one magazine as long as you have stripper clips.

Its a next year job, cant even bloody walk at the mo but folk do much more after recovering from much worse, so best stop bleating and start sorting.
