It's just staked in, but the staking is pretty rubbish tbh

Small detent ball bearing on the gas regulator is missing. Which means the barrel will have been undoing itself.
Spoke to Jelstons today, they're putting one in the post.
That happened to the ball bearing that holds the cocking handle in place on mine. Came out while shooting during a L3 PSG comp **** Amazingly though it actually landed in my dump pouch (tactical sporan seeing as i was shooting the UKPSA Scottish Championship lol ) but i didn't discover it until a good 15 mnutes of scorning the range with a cartridge magnet wallhead

Managed to get it re-staked in but i've since bought a replacement bolt carrier and use the original as a spare now.

its only the ball bearing and spring StangGT, no need for a new reg.

I'll be checking mine carefully. I fired 105 rounds today through my BR99 and three of them failed to discharge first time. All three had light primer strikes.
That's a small percentage though, and I will check for other reasons first, but the ammo came from one batch where about 300 other rounds were fired from 5 other shotguns on the same day. None of them had any problems so I doubt it is hard primers...

StangGT- turns out you need some heat to remove it, the factory use a rather severe dose of loctite.
As it happens they sent me a new reg rather than just the detent and spring

Gundoc how much was that regulator? I ask because because I want a spare one. Who did you get it from?
