Yeah. Drugs. Keeping things like cannabis illegal has terrible repercussions.
Organised crime, human trafficking, funding terrorism, all sorts.
It's safer for you than whisky. It needs to be legalised and taxed.

With attitudes like that, no wonder.
Last time, lots of people weren't even aware of it. I've done my part, passed it on to my club who will further pass it on outside of our membership, and some have even already written to thier MP. Maybe even co sider getting those who aren't shooters to sign it. Doing it for team GB! Think of those gold medals for Britain, ladies and gents!
They certainly won't give us anything without us asking, only take away, so what is the harm in asking?

Being honest, I think that it's too soon for another petition on this...if it fails in the same way as the last one it just makes it look like a lost cause...before another go at this, support should be have been sought in advance to show a significant increase in numbers.
