maggot, on your last point, I totally agree, anything that I get that I dont need will not be sold, have no fear. worse case, it will be given to friends, best case, it will be passed on to other budding collectors when they post something similar to me
Dell boy has some interesting stuff available B. Worth a shout.

A nice bloke who seems to have done an act of goodwill and landed himself with a lot of crusty ammo to clear.

I was just going through some of the inerts ppl had sent me, and seem to have come across these, not sure what they are? Looking through PM's I can't see anyone mentioning them, and the lists I have from other people that I've bought from seem to account for everything else.

Hi in order they are:
No 1 9mm Mauser (DWM No 487) made for the short lived Mauser export pistol in 1908 but used in the 1930's for the Steyr Solothurn sub machine gun, more powerful than 9mm Para at 534 foot pounds of energy 128gn FMJ
No 2 is indeed a .303" blank made by Kynoch in 1915 from reject Mk VII ball cases
No 3 is the 7.5*55 GP 11 Schmidt Rubin made at the Government plant in Thun Switzerland
No 4 is an original 7mm *57 Mauser with the 173 grain round nose bullet made by DWM at Karlsrurhe
