Aren't some of these revolver designs well out of patent now? You can just crack on with it can't you, like the AR15?

Yes. That was exactly my understanding safetyfirst. Same as alfa are pretty much doing anyway by copying various bits. At present he doesn't make the cylinders himself anyway so he may as well get the same shop to do the frames then add part kits for triggers sears springs etc

Well I hope he does a S&W N frame in 44mag, I really miss my model 29

Mid July he said he was working on making complete revolvers.

also, I keep hearing that the Alfa's are soon to be stopped as he can't get frames, so he is looking into having S&W frames made locally

£10 each. I ordered 4 and they just arrived a minute ago. Build quality and design is fantastic, very pleased. I'm hoping to be able to fire it fast enough without holding up the detail now (when the revolver actually arrives...).

Not within a mile I would think. Factory .357 FMJ loads would give 5-700 ftlbs

A 148 grn lead bullet at about 8-900 ftps would be 250'ish ftlbs.

Thanks 1066 that's good to know I'm tempted by the stainless snub nose revolver but I'm struggling to convince myself that it's really worth the price.

It's loaded to book levels for 38 148gr wc's. Never chrono'd it though.

Is the Uberti Siber Percussion Target Pistol worth over £900.00 ?

Could a 100% legal Smith & Wesson Revolver be worth over £2000.00 .

If you like something enough , and it does what you want , and you can afford it , it must be worth the price .
