I have to agree with you there buddy, im a farmer and so I get to work outsude all day. I take it for granted sometimes but I would highly recomend Ireland to anyone looking a countryside/scenic holiday.

I am a Brit through and through but our illustrious forum admin Christel is Danish. The Danish language can be difficult to follow however they invariably speak good English and at any opportunity. I am forever making wild guesses at pronouncing words much to the delight/dismay of the Danes I am with. A local village to us was called Hvidbjerg - it amazed me to hear it was pronounced 'Vibian' They also have a few words I find amusing but that is just my humour. Middle Fart being a good example :lol:

I have to ask, what is the name they pronounced so differently?
