I've had the same type for over 15 years and it works champion, gets serviced annually, and has never changed its operation as long as I have been using it. I breath fine with it on which is what it is all about. I suggest that you explore the types available, happy to send you the details of the one I use if you want.

That is brilliant, they look to have just got it done instead of 'being in discussions with stakeholders' (Money??) as quoted by the F1 community.
