We have maybe 2-3 inches here, despite the new tyres on the car just for such an eventuality I have no inclination to take the car anywhere today.
At least it is warmer today

A good covering in Woking but I am pleased to say that it is thawing nicely this morning. Getting to work tomorrow would have been fun but the daughter has the Chicken Pox so I will not be going anywhere for a few days.
Had to laugh at SKY news this morning, Showed a BMW abandoned at side of road and I laughed "typical BMW driver", next clip showed 3 cars abandoned at side of hill - ALL BMW's

DM : beemers are crud in snow without snow tyres..way too much torque on them...and that bloomin ASC or whatever traction control device that stops the car moving....Hence no skidding!
good joke bobob. My missus has been exercising that right on a daily basis sign85

I used to hate getting behind an X5 on the runup to the roundabout in CMK if it stopped it would just spin up when it tried to move forward. It is one thing owning a 4x4 but a very different thing driving it apparently.
On a separate note I am disappointed to say since fitting the new tyres I am yet to get out in snow in the car....
