Beside Filename there is a box with browse beside it, click browse and select the image you want to upload from the appropriate drive on your computer. The click the add the file button below Browse and file will be uploaded to your post, the image is actually uploaded to the forum using this method as opposed to being just linked when using the Img button and inserting a web address.
Just tried this as stated above , worked first time, idiot proof
