Mine was easy, just a bit of force required. I'm assuming it's been taken out before

I'm gonna give the crimp a go at the weekend if I've got anything suitable. if I knacker the tube I'll still be at square 1 anyways

So tonight I learned 2 things. I'm an idiot, and I'm Crap at EVERYTHING!
Turned a brass plug on the lathe to try to knock out the crimp. Managed to get it almost exact, maybe .1mm too small but that was fine.
Stuck it in the tube, grabbed the first long thing to hand, a socket wrench. Can anyone guess what happened?
Whacked the spanner hard a few times, plug pushed past the crimp, head of said spanner broke the end of the tube :'(
So now I really only have 2 options, get a new tube somehow or bin the lot :-(
Today sucks

I may have a spare kicking around, I had to do one for a customer and was sent two.... I am sure I haven't used the other but can't remember if it was 12 or 20 - I will have a look later and let you know...

Is the whole tube smaller for 20g or just the inside diameter?
