Getting back on track for a brief moment...
I am indeed putting some feelers out. The design is down on paper and about to be 3D modelled and I am ready to start on the first light metal prototype very shortly. I had planned on building a very exclusive/small run of maybe 3 units however if there was sufficient interest I would push this to 12 but certainly no more. The design is simple enough and has a nice twist to it, the hard part was the aesthetics and deciding what it could/would be used for. My take on it as a 25/50m pistol and trying to keep it looking realistic as opposed to an overbalanced and neutered gesture to appease the Home Office.
The first design was for a 32ACP/7.65×17 however 9x19 and 45ACP seemed like logical steps plus factory ammunition is readily available. The design criteria was to design and build something in the UK that would not break the bank, be fun to shoot, easy to reload for and manageable.
