Regional Reps

The thing about regional reps is that they are volunteers, and you get what you elect. Any member who lives in a defined NRA region can stand for election and can vote for their Regional Rep. As to who they are, the elected members of General Council (Ordinary, Regional and Discipline) are listed on page 13 of the NRA Handbook (Bisley Bible) which can be downloaded from the NRA website - click on downloads/all downloads and it's the top item on the list.

If you aren't getting what you want from your Regional Rep elect another one. Same goes for Discipline Reps and indeed for General Council members of all persuasions. And most reps would be delighted to have constructive input as to what members want to happen, but do remember that you can only have two choices out of cost, time and quality!

Having said that, I should point out that I am the Discipline Rep for Target Rifle (takes cover for incoming ...)
