We ran a great carrot event at derby, winner was the smallest bit of carrot remaining. Run in conjunction with the fastest time to cut a stick in half

That was the carrot comp we ran too, infuriated some of the competition shooters and allowed myself and one of the probationers running a club gun to come in the top 2 :-)
I like the stick idea too, might suggest that for next time.

Just a thin square profile stick will do, nowt too think (presuming .22) think ours were 1cm square. Took an age last year with wider ones. Winner this year was 23s econds.
