First parts off to finishing.
Barrel Nut is machined to accept a standard spanner so no special tools are required for torquing.
No rearward protrusion so the handguard will fit to any size upper as long as it has correct thread pattern.
Prototype RES (Rail Extension System) parts are also shown, so users can extend the rail as they like, allowing illumination and BUIS to be mounted in different configurations.
Polymer Rail Panel molds are being machined Jan 15 and we will have a number of different colour options available.
Narrow, 1.5'' OD on Handguard.

Forgive my ignorance. but what adapter would one need to be able to attach fittings to this.

Say a handguard on the bottom, or a bipod...?

You use a length of rail that bolts to the handguard. Or our bolt in bipod mount.

Sounds good to me.
I don't really want to go handguard>rail>bipod adapter>bipod if I can help it, much rather go handguard>bipod bolt>bipod

Less room for failure of parts... It was only a cheap one, but I've already killed one Rail-to-sling-nipple bipod adapter that wasn't up to the job...

Seriously though... I am aching for my licence to come back so I can get an order in knowing everything is in place...!!!

All this new bling looks great, and I must have it! :D haha

More BMD images, this shows how it attached to our Brake.

Basically it captures muzzle blast and sends it forward down range. The through ports allow the brake to function properly within the device.
