10-rd magazine inserts are available new for about $16
The M261 inserts work well in 20-rd magazines...which was handy as some of my older VN-era Colt mags were beyond use in a .223 as the feed-lips were out of spec.; the inserts fitted easily & the 20-rd magazines look much better than the 30-rd models.webb22 wrote:I've been looking at getting some 20rnd mags, to make it a bit more streamline and the m261 inserts should fit the smaller mag as well i reckon.
