Only know this because it happened to a mates and this is what I did for him to sort it.....
Tried it today but no luck. I've taken a pic because there's a metal bit on the slide and don't remember it being there before :s

First thing I did when I bought my GSG was throw away the push pins and all the screws and replace them with the kit from RRages

How did you manage that, Jeff? I couldn't get them to ship to the UK. What ya got left?

I'll dig the bag out in the morning and let you know, picked mine up from my usual US collection point, my friends spare bedroom in Florida
Given the amount of stuff I've had shipped there over the last 11 years I think he may start charging me rent for it smile2
