I have the 2" offset Vortex mount on my 15-22 - you need one in your life.

How do you find the T bar charging handle? I think the rifles look better with the original charging system but ease of use, the side charging must be easier and quicker? I opted for side charging and find the it quick and it helps if you ever have a sticky case

Depends on the value you place in maintaining cheek weld whilst reloading.

Don't get hung up on the BHOA, competitive shooters don't run their mags dry anyway. My vote is for a Spikes Tactical or a Raven, neither are as cheap as the S&W, but the S&W doesn't have as much style... :run:
top wrote:Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place, ive been looking at all the different AR styled rim fires lately trying to decide which one to have, I finally decided on the H&K 416D .22LR the only thing it hasn't got what I wanted is the bolt release but I can live with that, now ive been on the Lantac website im back to square one not knowing what to get, I want one that accurate and its got to be a .22LR I need some advice please.

Is the side charging handle the streight pull or something else, can you show us some pics of your rifle & charging handle.

Well I would just like to say thanks to everyone that has given me info and advice on the Lantac AR.
But instead of waiting 9 month for an AR from them, ive just bought the first CMMG MK4 HT in the country, and I cant wait to get my hands on it.

Is this in 5.56 /.223? If so can I ask where you sourced it and what the cost is.

Cheers

I would assume that as it's in the rimfire section it's in 22LR from Suffolk Rifles at £925 http://www.suffolkrifle.co.uk/shop/cmmg ... 4-ht-22lr/

£300 less and you could have had a nice S&W  :run:
